The Suck Valley Way

This oval shaped walking trail travels through the western part of County Roscommon as well as eastern portions of Galway. It also comprises part of the O’Sullivan Beara Trail.

Walkers can enjoy the peaceful beauty of the Irish countryside while following this trail as it passes through forest, field and bog land along the shores of the River Suck and past lakes and streams.

Suck Valley Way also includes numerous sites of archaeological significance, along with villages of friendly townsfolk and a wide variety of plant and animal life.
