Annaharvey Farm

This open farm offers visitor accommodations as well as a perfect base from which to enjoy all of the tranquil beauty of the Irish midlands.

The farm features a fine Equestrian Centre that provides horseback experiences for riders of all expertise levels. There are many farmland and woodland trails on the property and nearby.

There are also many other outdoor activities available – including clay pigeon shooting, hiking in the nearby Slieve Bloom Mountains and along the river at Cadamstown. Cycling is also a popular pastime along the Grand Canal, and multiple area golf courses offer plenty of opportunity to enthusiasts, including 18-hole championship courses.

Art workshops are also held at the farm at various times throughout the year, for those who wish to learn watercolour or oil painting.

Anglers can enjoy themselves by fishing the Grand Canal for coarse and pike, and for fresh water fish in the River Barrow or any of the many local lakes.
